How we handle personal data under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act (Chapter 586 of the Laws of Malta)

1. Who we are

The controller responsible for this website is Earnlab Limited, Elite Business Centre, Trejqa Ta' Box Box, Msida MSD 1840, Malta (company number C 105654). You can reach us at support@cashbackdeals.com.

2. What this website does — and doesn't do

This is a pre-launch page. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, uses no analytics or tracking and loads no third-party content — even our fonts are served from our own server.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after a short period.

4. Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we process your email address solely to tell you once when CashbackDeals launches. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Sign-up uses double opt-in: after you submit the form, we email you a confirmation link. You are only added to the waitlist once you click it and confirm, and we record the time of confirmation as proof of your consent. If you don't confirm, you are not added and the link expires after 7 days.

Emails are sent and the waitlist is stored by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA), acting as our processor under a data processing agreement.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future — via the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to support@cashbackdeals.com. We delete your data once the launch notification has been sent or when you withdraw consent, whichever comes first.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Vercel and Resend are based in the United States. Both are certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and our agreements with them include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 45 and 46 GDPR).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@cashbackdeals.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta — idpc.org.mt. You can also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our website or the services we use change — for example at launch. The current version is always available on this page.
